Our personalised approach ensures you receive the support and information you need for a confident journey into parenthood. We pride ourselves on clarity and transparency, and this section aims to address your most important questions.

What areas do you cover for face-to-face sessions at home?

We are able to offer at home face-to-face classes to women living in Wolverhampton, Cannock, South Staffordshire, Walsall and Dudley. Please contact before booking to confirm your address and suitability for home classes. We can also deliver classes with the same great content via Microsoft Teams to parents across the UK and beyond! If you are having online classes, your pregnancy journal, planners, and other resources will be sent via 1st class post.

How long do the sessions last?

Our sessions are designed to be thorough and personalised. The duration can vary slightly depending on your individual needs and questions, but generally, each session lasts around 2 hours. We ensure there's ample time for all your queries.

What if I need to reschedule my class?

We understand that plans change, and are able to reschedule classes up to 48 hours in advance free of charge. Please note that class availability may be more limited the closer you cancel to your original date.

Is the knowledge you are providing up to date and evidence based?

All the information delivered in our classes is up to date and evidenced based. Our midwife is NMC registered and works in the NHS, so is required to remain up to date with new guidelines, research and best practice.

What makes your antenatal classes special or different from others?

Our classes are taught on a 1:1 basis allowing you to have the time and privacy to ask questions and make the experience more personal. They allow greater flexibility for when you attend, making classes more accessible for those who have a busy schedule. We take a holistic approach covering a wide range of topics to support the best outcomes for you, your baby and your family unit.

Not only this but when booking a 3 course package this includes beautiful take home resources and ongoing WhatsApp support until 4 weeks postnatal.

Are your classes suitable for first-time parents?

Yes, our classes are ideal for first-time parents, covering everything from pregnancy changes to labour, birth, and early parenthood. We aim to equip you with confidence and knowledge.

Can my partner attend the classes with me?

Absolutely! We encourage partners to attend and participate in the classes. Antenatal education is beneficial for both parents to feel prepared and supported.
